My Vision A Design solution is not just about delivering WFs and VDs. Design solution should resolve user's pain points, fulfill Business Goals (ROIs) & should get technically implemented with great performance. A design of a product should solve a urgent or latent problem, so that users' or consumer do have a willingess to pay.
My Vision Design thinking (DT) helps to tap the right problem & drive the process towards 'desirable solution' over functionality based solution. For projects where problem statements are predefined, DT helps UX designers to redefine problem statement based on user's pain-points & mapping it with business aspiration.
My Vision Agile method should promote the culture of 'Zeroth Sprint' & 'Design sprints' for application with Human Interface driven interaction. Design sprints should be 2 sprints ahead of design dependent development sprint, as this helps in managing the design iteration well w.r.t Usability testing, Stakeholder feedback and technology feasibility.
